How to use Credit

If you've received store credit from ASTARTE, here’s how to use it on your next order:

Click the account icon in the top right corner of our website
Enter the email address you used when placing your original order
You’ll receive a 6-digit code by email — enter it to log in securely
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your order history and any available store credit

Add your items to the cart
Proceed to checkout
Your store credit will either be automatically applied or appear as a credit option
